Logon to Web Access Server > Start IIS > Sites > Default Web Site > RD Web > Pages > Open Application Settings
Change "PasswordChangeEnabled" attribute as True
If the user password is reset on Active Directory by choosing the option "User must change password at next logon". User will see the msg below and can change the password.
User can click OK and Logon with the new password.
